Combat Corner Grappling Championship Vol. 14 is back and better than ever. Greenfield High School will host what is regarded by many as one of the most prestigious grappling tournaments in the Midwest. We are back at the better equipped Greenfield H.S. which is located in Greenfield, WI and about a 1 hour drive from Chicago. At only $55 (Pre-Register) to compete in both GI & NOGI it remains one of the cheapest and best run tournaments in the country. With two $500 CASH prize divisions for under 170 lbs & Unlimited Absolute NOGI divisions. The Midwest’s top teams and talent will be competing in Kid/Teen, Women, Men, Masters & Absolute divisions. 1-3 places in all division will receive custom die cast medals! Come compete against some of the best grapplers in the Midwest!

Being back at Greenfield High School which is better equipped to handle the growth of the tournament means we will go back to running the youth/teen divisions on it’s own mat area with 4 rings. The adults divisions will have 8 rings separate of the kids running simultaneously.

Madison Bracket System
will be used for the following divisions
Kid/Teen, Womens & Masters
This is a popular tournament format where there is no weight classes and the tournament director pairs grapplers into brackets (usually 4, 8 or 16 man) based on weight at weigh-in & experience Level. This is a popular method because it discourages “weight cutting” & allows for the best possible match ups in lower turnout divisions.

Mens Divisions will continue to use preset divisions
